Sprinter Repair
On the day before our Unity 4 Homecoming Concert, J.C. went out to warm up the Sprinter to take it to the church to set up our sound system. He smelled something burning but did not see anything. He decided to just take his truck and leave the Sprinter and check it out later. When J.C. and his son, Cal got in his truck, J.C. noticed a drop of liquid fall underneath the van, but the drop was on fire. J.C. jumped out and slid under the Sprinter only to find a ball of fire burning up toward the engine. J.C. acted fast and had Cal grab a fire extinguisher and was able to get the fire put out. J.C. called Timbes Auto to come and tow the Sprinter into the shop and check it out. J.C. heard from Timbes yesterday, and the damage was far more extensive than any of us thought it would be. There was serious damage to the wiring harness, and front and rear seals of the engine, and we are not sure what else as of right now. We are calling on our friends to help in our time of need if possible. We have a busy month of Christmas concerts in December, and Timbes Auto is working to get the Sprinter back into operable condition. If you would like to donate to the repair costs, you can do so by clicking the “Donate” button below. We are so thankful that this happened in J.C.'s driveway and nobody was hurt! God had His hand on us as He always does! If you can help us, we would greatly appreciate it! If you cannot help monetarily, we completely understand, but we do ask for you to please pray for us! Thank you so much for your love and encouragement over the years, and we look forward to getting the Sprinter back on the road and seeing all of you again very soon!
